What is a conversation?
A conversation is a part of a chat. Similar to ending a conversation in real life, you can close your conversation in Kommo. Additionally, in Kommo, you have the option to send an NPS bot that will allow your client to rate the conversation.
The conversation ID is located in the bottom right corner.
