This method enables you to link an online chat to the CRM Plugin. The process of creating an online chat and connecting it to the CRM Plugin happens asynchronously, and not in the context of a request.
Limitations
- The method is available with administrator rights.
- The method is available only for integrations.
- The CRM Plugin to which the online chat is connected must belong to the pipeline.
- Only one online chat per pipeline is allowed.
- If the online chat is already in the same pipeline as the source, it will be connected.
