Como formatear fecha/hora de campo personalizado en Kommo ?

Hola, tengo un campo personalizado de tipo Fecha/Hora y al usar {{lead.cf.<FIELD_ID>}} en Salesbots o plantillas de WhatsApp solo veo el valor ISO ejemplo (31.07.2025 13:00) ¿Cómo puedo formatear ese campo dentro de Kommo para que se muestre legible (por ejemplo “5 de junio de 2025 a las 22h00”), o existe alguna forma de pre-formatearlo antes de insertarlo?

I need to set the message source of the lead I create via API as WhatsApp Lite, but I can’t find any endpoints to do this. I need to define the source so the salesbot can send a message to the lead on WhatsApp

code parameter in custom field isnt working

the code parameter for custom fields in the leads/contacts/companies endpoint for adding custom fields to leads/contacts/companies nor the endpoint of adding the custom field to the entity type are working. I get error:
