Hello,

I'm currently attempting to keep track of and sync our "incoming leads" as they are moved through the pipeline stages via API, however I cannot find a way to get more information than just the lead ID and the Kommo account ID. The email is not always present at the time of the lead's / contact's creation.

Is there a way for me to receive more data from the Instagram leads during conversation, without needing to completely recreate the native Instagram integration? Assuming all necessary compliance is followed.

Example of the ideal data from IG:

• Full Name
• Instagram Username
• IG Native Contact ID
  • Or any synced field that allows me to lookup a lead in both Kommo and IG/Manychat via API
