Salesbot Integration – Retrieving and Using Custom Field Data
Hello everyone,
We are currently integrating ChatGPT with Kommo via Salesbot, and we need clarification on how Salesbot can interact with custom fields in contact records.
Our setup:
Salesbot sends the user's message to our VPS via a webhook.
The VPS processes the message using ChatGPT.
The VPS saves ChatGPT’s response in a custom field (Respuesta ChatGPT).
Salesbot should retrieve and send the response from the custom field back to the user.
Questions:
Can Salesbot access and use values from a custom contact field in its message flow?
Is there a specific action in Salesbot to read and send custom field values?
Are there any restrictions on retrieving custom field values from Salesbot?
If Salesbot cannot access custom fields, what would be the recommended approach to send ChatGPT’s response back to the user?
We couldn’t find clear answers in the Kommo documentation, so we would appreciate any insights or best practices from the community or Kommo support.
