How to include $ budget (field) in a message + calculation

Hi all !

We have a workflow that requires to send a customer a message that has a quote “your total is $xx.xx which in your local currency is ¥xx.xx”

1- I know we can use budget/value variable in the response

2- I am wondering if there is a function that might allow me to convert( or multiply) that value dollars x number ; or convert the dollars to local currency ?
