How to do that in addition to the lead is created a contact and these are linked

we are doing an integration of a page where purchases come to Kommo to appear as leads but the problem is that we do not know how to do that in addition to the lead is created a contact and these are linked. Right now there is only one clean contact.

actually the problem is when the lead is created with the contact but there is already a lead with that contact and the info is duplicated.

I would like to know if it is feasible to contrast the data of my web form (Phonne Number, RUT, etc) with the kommo contacts to retake the contact ID associated with that data and create a linked lead
